Wish I had paid closer attention to forum posts prior to WASTING MY MONEY on Roku Doorbell + 2 Cam Bundle but it's now time to plant them in the garden after AGAIN spending almost 4 hours with nice products and a TERRIBLE, USELESS, APP that just plain DOES NOT WORK!!!
Congrats Roku marketing and sales but your IT division needs to all be fired and replaced by a handful of high school Tech Club Kids that could design a better app (one that actually works) in probably 1 or 2 days.
It just ain't all that difficult - every other cam company (even those that don't speak English) manages to do it - WHY CAN'T YOU???
App randomly freezes, refuses to respond to android phone input gestures, constantly loses connection to wifi/bluetooth (that works perfectly fine with every other app in my home) and then tries to insist that it's something that I am doing wrong (it's NOT).
You've lost me as a customer (if that matters one iota to you).
