Streambar 9102X has no power

I no longer have power to my Streambar. There are no lights, the reset button doesn’t work etc.  It was working fine and then one day it wasn't  I have plugged the unit into multiple outlets and checked all connections.  This appears to be a common problem, but no suggestions on what to do.

The SN is 2A115G312965.

Any other suggestions?
