Hooked up a Roku streambar for my aunt who is hard of hearing. Was working when I went to bed last night. When I woke up at 4 am, the tv was on, but no sound was coming from Roku. It had turned off somehow. Is there a sleep timer or energy saving mode on it? My aunts not good with technology so she was not able to switch back to her TVs speakers.
Hello! @Whyamihere,
Thank you for your post in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you for getting in touch about your Roku Streambar SE. We're happy to help out.
Two things need to be checked for your Roku Streambar to stay awake or connected to your TV: the "Fast Start" feature and "Bandwidth Saver."
To maintain the network connection, use the steps below to turn on a feature called "Fast TV start" (on your TV) or "Fast start" (on your Streambar).
To disable Bandwidth Saver
