When watching videos on ROKU Channel, audio exhibits distorted performance. I can rewind a few seconds and the audio will comeback normal at a lower volume level, then over a short time the volume comes back to a normal level. 

What can be going on.

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. Is this happening on all contents and channels, or is it isolated? (Specify) What Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify)
