The onn. • Roku Smart Soundbar sold exclusively at Walmart (model 9100) includes a simple remote that will work with any Roku Speakers.

If the Onn soundbar isn't this one:

And it comes in Blue box, sorry it won't work with other Roku audio devices. The above has built-in Roku streamer, and so will by pairable to Roku audio speakers. The cheaper blue box Onn Soundbar is only Roku-Ready, meaning it will only work with the Roku tv remote, nothing else.
