Audio was fine then suddenly gone

Have done everything  I know of as possible but can’t get any audio. Was fine then suddenly no sound.

Could you provide us with more details about your concern? Does the issue only occur on that specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
