roku stick dropping channels

my roku stick keeps deleting Appletv and Disney+.   and adds other channels I do not want.

If you have multiple Roku devices, keep in mind that a channel/app added/removed from one device will be added/removed from all devices linked to the same Roku account.  It's also possible that your stick is not linked to the Roku account you think it is.  Check the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About.
