This problem is still not corrected. It's a Roku free Live TV channel, and Strawberry Shortcake should obviously be TV-G not TV-14. If you guys are this sloppy on the ratings, parental controls are clearly useless.
Please correct this mistake ASAP, it renders parental controls useless when the channels are incorrectly rated. Again, it's Roku Live TV (free), Strawberry Shortcake. It should be rated G.
We appreciate your first post here in the Roku Community, @Kanbei85!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured that I will coordinate this with the appropriate team to conduct a thorough investigation and correction.
Once I've received updates from the team, I'll let you know.
In the meantime, we humbly request your patience and understanding as we work on this.
Warm regards,
Carly
Randomly some Strawberry Shortcake episodes on the Strawberry Shortcake live tv channel are incorrectly rated TV-14. This also causes the parental controls to glitch and unblock all channels no matter the rating (since we have TV-14 up blocked currently). Please check into this and get the episodes rated correctly. Normally the episodes are TV-Y. Searching the topic I have seen this has also been an issue previously.
This is still an issue. When will it be corrected?
Thank you for keeping us posted!
This concern has been forwarded to the appropriate team. We will update you as soon as we have more information. We truly appreciate your patience. Thank you!
Did you even watch any of the TV-14 episodes? The show took a more edgy approach in those episodes. One episode had so much cussing and nudity it was borderline TV-MA.
