Weather network app not showing right info.

The weather network app doesn't show my town's weather and I'm not sure how to fix it. I go to settings and there's no way to fix it.

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you're having with the weather channel. Please follow these troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > Power> System Restart.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store or Search and add the channel again.

We understand you're having a problem with the weather channel. We're happy to assist you further. Please follow the steps below to change the zip code on your Roku.

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select the Zip code and enter your zip code.
  5. Press OK to update the zip code.
