Viewing a Lorex B451AJD-E doorbell on Roku?

Hello,

I would like to view the feed of my Lorex B451AJD-E video doorbell on my Roku TV.  I have installed the "IP Camera Viewer Basic" channel, but haven't gotten very far with it and the thread, here, for that channel no longer has any "reply" button for me to post my question there, so I'm guessing it is no longer supported.

Has anyone out there managed to get this to work enough to be able to tell me how to do it?

Thanks.

Re: Viewing a Lorex B451AJD-E doorbell on Roku?

It's probably going to depend on the video stream format if it can be viewed on a Roku. I don't have any such cameras, so can't offer any assistance with the settings.

But you probably want a static IP address on your camera. If the camera doesn't offer that level of configuration, you can create an IP address reservation in your router to the camera is always assigned the same address. If you don't use a static IP, the camera might get a different address assigned over time and then you'd lose the connection.
