Unable to stream certain channels

The system is broke. Nothing is loading. Not even the apps.

If this was a widespread issue, you would be seeing hundreds of posts. Most likely a local issue to you.

They make it hard to find even this community so it’s not just him!!!

I’m started a subscription and was definitely charged and I’m only seeing old episodes, definitely a problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community! We understand that you having issues streaming the channels on your device. We're happy to help.

We recommend trying the following steps below:

  • Power-cycle your Roku device: unplug it from the wall power outlet and plug it back in.
  • Restart your Roku player: Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System Restart.
  • Restart your router.
  • Connect your device to a mobile hotspot just to check for differences in the streaming experience.
