I am unable to watch Succession on MAX. Other shows work but for some reason, Succession will stop and show an error code. I have tried updating the app, signing out and back in, removing the app and reinstalling it with no success. It works fine on my laptop. I tried contacting MAX support but they could not help me. Never had any issues before the app transition to MAX.
I just tried Succession on my Ultra 4800 without a problem. When you removed the channel, did you reboot your Roku before installing it again? If not, the uninstall was not completed.
What is the model number of your Roku player?
I have a roku express model 829610003252. I did not reboot before i reinstalled. I will try that thank you!
