UP Faith and Family problems

I have 4 Roku boxes. All of them are having an issue with UP Faith and Family channel. It won’t save my previous viewed items, and keeps showing commercials when it is supposed to be commercial free.  I can’t contact anyone because the Roku support just spins and spins when you try to contact them.

Did you try to contact Up Faith and Family?  It's their channel/app.
