Tv not showing a picture when I go to play a movie and I don’t know why

I am also having the same issue. Is there a fix for this? When I am on Xbox through the Roku I have picture and no sound but when I go to all the apps (Hulu, Netflix, and Roku channel movies) there is no picture after selecting the movie we want to watch. Please help, I just bought this tv
