Trying to Remove Shudder.................

Unable to log into Shudder via Roku. I can access shudder.com.
Shudder Tech Help directed me to remove the Shudder channel, reboot Roku, reinstall...

I am not seeing a menu option-on all platforms- to remove the channel. I did "cancel" my subscription, which I plan to reinstate.

Any thoughts?

Thank'yers!

Cheers,

denis

Re: Trying to Remove Shudder.................

It appears that you can't remove a channel/app until the subscription period expires.  Even if you cancel autorenew, you still have access until the end of the current period.  Of course that doesn't do you much good if you can't get the app to work.  It's been reported that you may be able to remove one of these channels/apps using the Roku mobile app on a phone/tablet.  Hold your finger on the icon for a few seconds until a menu appears and you may see an option to remove it.  If you do, make sure your restart your Roku device by unplugging the power for a few seconds or by using the "System restart" menu option under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power before you attempt to reinstall it.
