Hola tengo el mismo problema, al conectarse a Internet y realizar actualización se queda en el logotipo ese y ya cambie hdmi, cambie cable de alimentación y todo pero no logro solución ¿que puedo hacer?

In addition, have you tried disconnecting the power from your Roku device for 5–10 minutes and then plugging it back in again to see if you are still seeing the issue occur?
