Stand alone subscription not recognized

Jump to solution

I have a stand alone subscription to Max. I want to watch a show call Mountain Monsters on the Roku channel as Max no longer has all of the seasons and Roku does. Roku says I need a subscription to Max to watch it. I have a subscription to Max, just not through Roku. There is no place to sign into Max from Roku channel, it just says see subscription plans. So frustrating!

Welcome, @tsteiger1966.

Thanks for sharing it here!

Please note that the Max standalone subscription is accessible only through the standalone app. Additionally, a separate subscription is required for the Max app on the Roku Channel.

We hope that clarifies everything!
