Spotify podcasts with no sound

Jump to solution

I've posted in the Spotify forum, but thought I'd ask here, too. Ever since the latest Spotify app update on Roku -- Version 2.13 build 58 -- some podcasts play without any sound. The time is being incremented as though the content is playing, but there is no audio. This does not happen on all podcasts, but on the ones where it does happen, it happens consistently and on all episodes.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

This is on Roku Ultra 4660 and Streambar 9102.

Thanks for sharing this here, @CharlieJade!

It looks like an app update issue has caused the glitch. However, we recommend continuing to contact the Spotify support team for more updates.

Please let us know if you have other concerns so we can help out!
