Re: Sound stops working after pause.

@ouija1979, are you certain you're using the Back button.  There's sometimes confusion about what button that is, but it's the button to the left of the Home button and if you're using a non-Roku remote, all bets are off as to what button is the Back button.

Thanks. I've got it now. I'll just have to wait until it does it again.

Re: Sound stops working after pause.

Ok. I have the information. The only problem is that when I press the home button the sound comes back.

Re: Sound stops working after pause.

Did you find a solution for this?  The same issue started happening to me today.  It's happened twice now.

Nope. No solution and I appear to be being ignored now.

Re: Sound stops working after pause.

It’s happening to me also! To get it working again, I have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in again. Very frustrating. I just got the soundbar about 2 weeks ago, and all was good until 2 days ago.

Re: Sound stops working after pause.

I ended up buying a soundbar too... I thought it was working... Then it started again. It's so bizarre and frustrating. I'm quite sure it's a firmware issue. It seems to be completely random.

Now it's starting to do it when I'm playing a video game, sound cuts out after a level. WHAT IS GOING ON. HELP ROKU!
