Roku Support Team,
Some of my channels won’t load.
Hulu, YouTube, and MLB channels won’t load.
Netflix and Amazon work fine.
I’ve unplugged, updated, deleted the apps, and restarted everything, and they still don’t work. Please get this fixed!!

We understand that you are facing an issue with some channels on your Roku device. We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've taken to try to resolve this issue. However, we would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues.

Note: If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest restarting from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
