Some channels not loading

Roku Support Team,

Some of my channels won’t load.

Hulu, YouTube, and MLB channels won’t load. 

Netflix and Amazon work fine.

I’ve unplugged, updated, deleted the apps, and restarted everything, and they still don’t work. Please get this fixed!!

We understand that you are facing an issue with some channels on your Roku device. We appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've taken to try to resolve this issue. However, we would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues.

To verify:

  • When did you notice the issue start?
  • Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
  • When accessing the channel, Are you prompted with an error message or codes?
  • Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing troubleshooting.

Note: If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest restarting from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings System Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
