Signed up for peacock for 1.99 per month for year and it charged me 4.99 Immediately

I signed up for peacock with 1.99 per month for a year this weekend. It is charging me the full 4.99 instead. How do I get the special I signed up for?

I don't know about Peacock specifically, but the fine print on many of these introductory special offers state they are for new users only.  Have you had a previous Peacock subscription?
