When selecting a channel I get a screen with a chart of choices that say;
Sort By;
CHANNEL NUMBER
NETWORK NAME
ALL CHANNELS
RECENT CHANNEL
ETC. ETC.
Instead of going to the channel I selected off the guide.

We'd like to be of support with this playback issue going on. This should't the behavior when accessing Live TV. Sometimes a system restart will help. We would recommend to follow the steps below.
