Search option not working

When I use the search option I no longer can click on a season and easily scroll to the episode I want or have it go no the next episode when one finishes. It also will not always let me use my charter account to watch as I have always been able to in the past for CBS and ABC. It works one minute and not the next. Is there a way to fix this?
