Roku's CBS All Access app not allowing sign in "on my TV"

Yes! Found. But the TV providers listed are unrecognizable (excluding YouTube). Xfinity is not listed! But it does come up when I set up in another room!

  • When did this issue first start occurring?
  • What Roku model device are you using?
  • Could you please verify if you getting any error messages/codes when you are trying to update your Roku device?
  • Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
