Roku device stuck in boot loop, need Software link to refresh

Has anyone fixed the issue?  Mine started boot looping.  Thank you

We acknowledge your concern, and we'd like to know more about this so we can assist. Could you please tell us more about the issue you've experienced? What troubleshooting steps have you performed in an attempt to resolve the issue? Further, could you please provide your Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).

Same here. Can’t get into settings because mine just flashes on and off and won’t get any further. 
Hisense told me to ask Roku for update. Which is what I’m doing now. Just thought i would check with community suggestions first.
