Hello.
I attempted to watch any title off the official Roku Channel and nothing plays.
I hit the title, then I select the Watch Now button and nothing happens. It just refreshes the screen.
I attempted the steps in the troubleshooting guide for channels. I Uninstalled the app, restarted the roku device. Reinstalled the app. Then tried to launch a movie title or episode and nothing happens.
My internet works fine since my other subscription apps load titles fine.
I read this was a known issue from other users. Can someone please fix this?
Where are you located and are you using a VPN? The Roku Channel is only available in certain regions and won't work if you're using a VPN.
