I’ve been having issues using the Roku Channel app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, as well as checked for updates. It says everything is update but the problem still persists. The bug/issue I’ve been experiencing makes the app unusable basically. If I go to scroll it just keeps scrolling and will not stop, which also means if you are trying to search for a title. Good luck cause it’ll just keep going around the numbers and letters, so you can search for a movie/show. You also can not browse their selection because it will just endlessly scroll through all the titles and genres. Very annoying to say the least
Have you tried restarting your Roku device from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power, as appropriate?
A System Restart/reboot will usually fix that scrolling issue. Unplug you Roku TV or Roku device for a few seconds and then plug back in.
If still occurs, try pulling batteries in remote and then performing the unplug or reboot procedure.
