My aunt is in assisted living. They have Xfinity throughout the building and connect to the cable via coax.
She has a Roku tv.
when we go to the LiveTV we don’t see the lower Xfinity channels (up to 115).
We scanned the tv and it detected 70 cable channels. But don’t see them in the guide.

Please be advised that your Live TV would include live channels outside your cable service; however, you can try to manage channels within your live TV by filtering specific channels on your live TV. When you want to hide a channel, favorite a channel, or filter the list of channels in the guide, access the Channel Options menu using the steps below:
Furthermore, You can filter the Live TV Channel Guide to display all channels (minus any hidden channels), an automatically generated list of recently watched channels, or your favorite channels.
