Joining this “party” a bit late!  LOL!  My Roku Streambar also reboots on its own several times a week.  It often reboots when I open a streaming service like YouTube / Hulu / Netflix for example.  I click the app and bang, the streambar reboots!  After the reboot I will go back to the app, click it and it reloads / reinstalls it before it opens the app / service.  I have 4 Roku devices here in the house.  All of them work flawlessly except this streambar.  I think these streambars have a bug, based on the number of other posts I have seen about this same issue.  I am a loyal Roku fan for life, because you guys make solid products at a great price point.  Sadly, this streambar seems to have been the one Roku product that grows on the lemon tree!  🙂

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you have experienced with your Roku Streambar that reboots when opening apss. We'd like to collect further details regarding this issue so our team can investigate. Please provide the information below:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

In the meantime, we recommend performing a system restart on your Roku Streambar by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.
