A number of MAX channel programs and movies produce an error notification on my Roku Sounder. Most do. For example, the show "And Just Like That" played through the Soundbar produces an error message (see below), but plays fine on my iPhone. MAX tech support couldn't find anything amiss.
I did all the suggested actions on the Soundbar—restart, check for updates, clear cache, etc., to no effect.
I've had to pay for movies on other channels that are included in my MAX subscription . . . frustrating.

We appreciate you for providing information regarding the problem you've encountered with MAX, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. Is this issue isolated to the MAX channel, or are other channels affected? Also, may we know who is your service provider? You can also try to reset your modem/router and then try to access MAX once again to see if it resolves the issue.
