Roku Channel not loading/playing movies

Jump to solution

When I try to play ANY movie on the Roku Channel, it starts to load then goes to the click play screen. Once you select play, it goes back to load and continues this loop. No movies will load and play.

Roku device model: 3050X - Roku 2 XD

Serial #: 12C1CF125128

Software Version: 9.1.0 build 5009-02

This is occurring in the Roku Channel version 2.5 build 19

It's powered by being plugged into a wall outlet and is connected to the TV by HDMI

Tracker ID: 28-166-749

Steps: Open Roku Channel. Select movie. Press play.

I've tried resetting the device, deleting and reloading xhannel, and clearing cache. Nothing changes the movie not playing.
