You are Joking right? I am a 70yo Pensioner and computer novice. What you are asking are advanced techilcal operations for "us" maybe not you, but this isnt about "you" it is about "us" the end user.

When did you start having this issue? (Before or after the Roku software update)
WHAT UPDATE??, I GOT MINE NEW OUT OF THE BOX FROM KOGAN. IT WAS A REFURBISHED PREVIOUSLY OWNED MODEL? I guess that means Kogan/Roku could have sent me one that someone else returned with this problem??

A video clip when the issue occurs. ***A VIDEO CLIP? REALLY?? HOLD ON, ILL JUST HIRE A CREW OR VIDEO GUY FROM THE WEDDING SHOP FOR "YOU". BTW IT IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM, OCCURS 100% OF THE TIME, AND WE CANT SEE **bleep**!
