Problem with streaming app and update

YouTube has always been on my Roku TV which is made by TCL. Today I go to click on it and it states there is no room for it I need to delete some apps so I do delete about five of them all streaming apps that I don't use. I re-click on YouTube and same issue I then noticed I pay for Hulu but I don't have that added on so I add that app with no problem and it comes right up with my profile and everything. I then decide let me check to see if I need a software update and sure enough it does it checks comes back and says I need a new build version when I click to update it gives an error code of 0004 cannot do the update. Everything else works fine on the television it plays every other channel without issues including sling Hulu Netflix cartoon Network. Any help would be greatly appreciated I can't believe Roku doesn't have a customer service phone number.

Re: Problem with streaming app and update

Perform a System restart found under Settings->System->Power and then try it again once the TV restarts.
