I recently decided to get a subscription for 1 camera due to a situation that happened on the 17th of October. I was wondering if there was a way to view this footage even though I had not gotten the subscription until Oct. 25th? I had an SD card in the camera for continuous recording but of course the day it is allowing me to view is the 18th. I got the subscription because it states the cloud will allow for 2 weeks of video storage. Can I view anything that was recorded in the cloud before I paid for the subscription?? I really hope this is possible it is very important that I am able to see this days worth of footage. My fingers are crossed you can help me in this matter. Thanks
Hi @srader1991,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
Thanks for the inquiry. You can still view them up until the 14-day free trial period. To answer your question, yes you can still access the recorded events on the cloud.

Rey
