I have been have this issue on all my Roku devices for over a week. I have an Amazon Fire TV, a Hisense Roku TV, and Roke Streaming stick. Every time we try watch any Paramount+ show, within 1 minute, that message occurs. Obviously it's not any of the devices. All the apps are up to date on each device. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled. The devices have restarted and caches cleared. The router is up to date and I have a business line dedicated for higher speeds. This doesn't occur on our personal devices when we use the Paramount+ app directly. I'm an more than annoyed with Roku. Apparently this an ongoing issues with Roku and Paramount+.

Yes it's still not working and it's obviously an issue with Roku and the Patamount+ app and when Roku decides play commercials. All my other apps on my Roku TV and Roku streaming device (that's two separate devices) work just fine. You guys need to work out the issue on your end with app and the ads. Or I'm going to quot using Roku and buy new TVs.

It's still not working and your issue is with the encoding and the ads. A quick glance through the help community shows the issue has been occurring since June 2024. I've had it since November 2024 and posted February of 2025. Still not resolved. Issue only occurs with Paramount+ app. You guys need to fix it on your end and stop blaming users. I'm switching all my TVs to non Roku smart TVs and devices at this point.
And just in case that wasn't enough, switched devices and yet here it is happening again. Please fix your coding issue with Paramount+.

Error is stop occurring. Happening right now as I type this. It's an issue specific only to Paramount+ and the ads. Doesn't happen with any other app and it happens on both my Roku devices. Ever since November 2024. I'm just saving up money to buy new devices that aren't Roku at this point.
