I have had this issue with the commercials freeze up on Paramount+. I can't finish watching my "Criminal Minds" episodes because the ad will stick on the screen, and I have to back out and attempt to start again, only to get the same end result. Can somebody help me solve this issue? I'm paying $7.99 per month for this Paramount+ subscription, and I am not getting my money's worth with this constant commercial issue. Thanks in advance.

I only have this particular issue on Paramount+ Roku Channel. I have unplugged my Hisense TV for over a minute, and it played okay. Whin I opened up the app the next day, the commercial breaks started sticking again. I'm at my wit's end!

How many devices do you have? Are they also experiencing the same issue? Also, have there been any recent updates before this happened? If so, can you please provide the latest software version of the Roku device? (Check under Settings > System > About).
