Paid subscription but no channel

Payment card changed. Notified of payment info needed. Did that 30 hours ago. Payment was accepted for Max and Paramount plus. Max works, Paramount doesn't. Says payment info needed. 2 day paid blackout at this point on Roku and phone.

Looks like you have an issue accessing the Paramount Plus app, and we're here to help. 

Are you trying to access it through Paramount Plus on The Roku Channel or through the Standalone app? To get more ideas about it, see the image below:

They might be the same app, but they both have different subscriptions. If you're subscribed through Roku, you should access the app on the Left, but if you're directly subscribed to the provider, you should access the standalone. (Right)
