I have the same issue. It’s definitely not the connection. If I push rewind more than once it tries to download or open random apps. If I pause something too long it returns to the home screen. Its clearly a software issue

Also, we would recommend performing a system restart to see if there are any improvements after doing so. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart.
