I’m trying to listen to/watch a podcast and on my iPhone they have video but on Spotify the video doesn’t show up. Does the app not support it or do I need to turn that function on somewhere?

In this case, please be informed that this feature is not available when streaming through the Roku platform. No worries! You can always contact the channel provider and let them know you'd like this feature in the Roku streaming platform.
