I used to have a britbox subscription through roku, but i let it expire and subscribed directly from Britbox. The problem is, the channel will not give me a login option. It just says subscribe and wants me to renew my roku subscription. I have deleted the channel and re-added it, but still it recognizes the old roku subscription and only offers re-subscribe?

Any ideas on this one? Thank you.

If you go the Account icon in the Britbox channel/app (the little head/user icon to far right) and then scroll all the way to the bottom, are you able to "Sign Out"?

Also, are you sure you are using the Britbox channel app  https://channelstore.roku.com/details/ae9a77e6a02e540039dccfcd6fc53706/britbox and not the "Britbox on the Roku Channel" channel/app?
