From the Sportsnet website, does not look like Sportsnet is available via Roku devices anymore. (I believe it was at one time).
It is up to the channel provider (Sportsnet) to develop a channel/for the Roku platform, so for whatever reason they removed it from the Roku Channel Store.

May consider purchasing one of the supported alternative devices listed in the above link, or subscribing directly at the Sportsnet website, and then casting it through your Roku to the TV, or use a laptop with an HDMI cable directly to the TV (bypassing Roku).

The TSN channel./app is available for the Roku if any consolation. https://channelstore.roku.com/en-ca/details/772d42e6cb612f822634c1eca1ef1384/tsn

I believe you can access Sportsnet+ through the Prime video app. Perhaps that was part of the deal for Rogers to sell some of the NHL rights to Prime video…?
Yes that worked. Was able to find Sportsnet under Prime.
I discovered later though that to access Sportsnet through Prime, you have to subscribe to Sportsnet through prime. So for example if you subscribe through a regular cable provider, you can’t sign onto sportsnet using your cable provider login, through the Sportsnet Prime app.
