Network connected but channel choice says not connected

It shows it is connected to my network, but the apps are blank. Live tv, no spectrum, nothing

We'd like to see more about what's going on here and what options we can provide you.

Could you tell us if you're seeing an error message? Have you tried performing a system restart (Settings>System>Power (if available)>System restart) on your device to see if it helps?
