I have a strange issue and need some help.
Our Roku had several channels on Live TV that stopped working. The channels are no longer accessible. They did work but they stopped. There are many channels that do work on Live TV, just not these.
I tried to reset settings with no success. I even used two other people's from different states who came to visit. The channels worked for them in their homes, but did not work when they came to our location. That makes me think it has something to do with Roku's delivery of service in this area...?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

We understand that you're having a problem with your live TV since it stopped working. Help is here. Can you try this troubleshooting step by going to settings>system>power>system restart? Then try to software update your Roku by going to settings>system>system update>check now. If the problem still persists, you can change the zip code. Please follow the steps below:
