Moved channels not saving

Jump to solution

When I move channels on our Roku Express 4K+, to change the order of them on the Home screen, they revert to the order they were in when after I power down and up again.  I'm doing this all on the same device - a new LG B3 TV.

Any help is appreciated!

@dreilly456-

Strange, indeed.  When you've moved the channel tile to its desired position in the grid, do you press OK to lock its position in?

Thanks - I got it working.

Yes, I saved each change using the OK button the first time I tried this, but somehow it all reverted when I power cycled.  But I did the process all over again yesterday, and it stuck this time.  Weird!

Thanks again.
