Minha Tv Roku 32 está viciada. O que fazer?

Minha TV Roku começou a mudar os aplicativos sozinha. Pensei que seria um problema no controle, tirei as pilhas e ela continua passando entre os aplicativos e configurações, liga e desliga, volume vai de 0 a 100 em segundos, não consigo ver nada, o que posso fazer para solucionar?
