Low power message while using power adapter

We have a Streaming stick that has always used a Roku power adapter.  We keep getting the How to fix 'insufficient power' or 'low power' warning.  Please advise!

Welcome to the Roku Community. 

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you're seeing with your Roku Streaming Stick device. May we ask if you are using the USB cable that came with your Roku streaming player? Connecting your streaming player to a different USB port on your TV may resolve the issue.
