Lost all of my local channels overnight...can someone help me get them back?

Overnight my TCL Roku tv lost all of my local channels.  I cannot remember how I got them on there originally.  I am a senior and have Parkinson's Disease which is affecting my ability to remember.  Please, if someone can help me I would be most grateful!  I have an indoor antenna (no cable) and have checked to be sure that the connection to the tv is tight, which it is.

@SueDelong

If you do not see a "Live TV" tile on your Home Screen, then go to Settings/TV Inputs and enable the Live TV input. (It will place it on your Home Screen with the rest of the channels/apps).

Because Roku uses the term "Live TV" in different places and can get confusing, you might consider renaming the Live TV input to Antenna so it is easy to find.

Once you enable the input again, go to Settings/Inputs/Rename and select "Antenna" for both the name and the icon.

If you just want the local channels to show, and not the streaming channels, then also "hide" the streaming channels under Settings/Inputs/Manage Channels/Hide Streaming Channels.
