Live streaming You Tube TV

Why has my live streaming stopped working on one of my Roku TVs? It works on my other TV and my phone. I’ve contacted you tube tv and everything seems fine on their end. I’m thinking it’s on the Roku end now and I’m seeing a lot of other comments but no fixes. Is there a fix for this? Only my live channels are not working. Every thing else works.

Re: Live streaming You Tube TV

We appreciate your first post here in the Roku Community, @RNHuggs!

Thanks for letting us know about the live streaming issues you've encountered with the YouTube TV app on your Roku. We'd be happy to suggest some troubleshooting steps to help you get back on streaming.

Kindly follow the steps provided below to help you:

  1. Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
  2. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
  3. Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

Kindly ensure that these steps have been done precisely to work. Here's the support article for reference:  How to resolve a channel playback issue

We hope this helps resolve your streaming issues. Keep us posted on how it goes!

Best regards,
Carly
