There is no TCN channel/app yet, but it is currently in development. You can find this info in the TCN FAQ's page https://tuckercarlson.com/faq
This same page also mentions that you can cast to these streaming devices in the meantime.
If you have a laptop with an HDMI port, you can also load TCN in browser and then connect the HDMI cable to your TV. (Bypass Roku and use your TV in an extended monitor mode).
