Is Kokoatv available on Roku

Kokoatv says it is available on Roku but when I do a search for it I can’t find it. Is there a way to get kokoatv on Roku? 
Is there a way to get to the internet with Roku?

Kocowa is available to install on your Roku device via a standalone channel/app from the Roku Channel Store or you can watch some of their library for free on the Roku Channel Live TV.

If you do actually mean KokoaTV, this appears to just be a suspect/illegitimate movie streaming site, so you will not find this or similar sites/apps available directly via Roku.
